Aqaba, October 21(Petra) -- An Italian Cruise Ship Arrived in Aqaba Thursday evening with 1350 tourists on board.
The tourists are expected to visit Jordan's Golden Tourism Triangle of Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba.
Aqaba Tourism Director Mahmoud Helalat underlined the importance of the tourism sector in supporting the national economy, stressing readiness to receive the tourists.
Aqaba is a worldwide tourist paradise. The city enjoys almost a perfect weather for nine months of the year. The sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, the calm clear waters of the sea and the year round tropical climate of the Gulf of Aqaba make it the perfect spot to relax, swim and sunbathe.
