The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development delegation visits ADC

The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development delegation visited Aqaba Development Corporation on Saturday 21st of August 2021, headed by Dr. Tariq Al-Munis, and in the presence of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation representative, where a meeting was held with the CEO of the ADC, Mr. Hussein Alsafadi. Then a visual presentation was made reviewing the development project on the Sheikh Sabah Port – Onshore - Gasification Unit, including the project's objectives and its strategic importance.

The delegation then made a field visit to the proposed project's site in the presence of representatives of the National Electric Power Company. It was briefed on all the facilities of the Sheikh Sabah Natural Gas Port. The delegation expressed the importance of the project and the desire of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development to continue cooperation with the government of the Kingdom of Jordan in financing important strategic projects.
