ADC invites specialized firms registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to participate in:

ADC is the development and promotion arm of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA), the financial and administrative autonomous regulatory body of the ASEZ. ADC owns, maintains, and is responsible for developing the strategic assets of the ASEZ which include the Ports, Airport, and a parcel of strategic lands.
The preparation of tender documents of the Aqaba Port Community System Project (APCS ) is comprised of several tasks, activities and deliverables needed to develop a comprehensive complete Port Community System and BI module tender documents, along with full ICT infrastructure set up to integrate all ports with supply chain stakeholders (such as port operators, customs, control agencies, Maritime Authority, Security Agencies… etc.), the Project is one of the Zone’s priority projects and will provide long-term added value to the ASEZ.
Therefore, the Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) invites reputable and qualified firms in the field of IT consultation, ports and logistics industry and business intelligence solutions to participate in the consultation services of APCS as per the scope of work provided in the RFP, which includes the preparation of the tender documents for procuring a Port Community System, and also the participation in the tendering phase, evaluation of bidders and implementation supervision noting that the full details of the scope of work are thoroughly described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents.
Those firms who want to participate in the bid must review the tenders and contracts department at ADC at its offices in Aqaba between ten in the morning and two in the afternoon from Monday, 3/5/2021 until Sunday, 9/5/2021, accompanied by the following documents:
1- A copy (recent true copy) of the commercial register issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Companies Control Department, and a true copy of a valid professions license or a health certificate issued by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority.
2- A written authorization bearing the seal of the official company or institution and the signature of the authorized signatory, allowing the delivery of bidding documents to its bearer.
3- The price of a copy of the bidding documents is only (125 JD) one hundred and twenty-five non-refundable Jordanian dinars, to be deposited in the account of the Aqaba Development Corporation No. (213/ 203762/ 1/ 548/ 0) at the Arab Jordan Investment Bank - Aqaba Branch, with the necessity to bring a copy of Deposit receipt.


Notes:
1- The deadline for accepting inquiries is Sunday 23/5/2021 (no inquiries will be accepted after this date).
2- Offers shall be deposited in the Bid Box at the Aqaba Development Corporation before 2 pm on Tuesday 6/13/2021.
3- The firm participating in the bid must ensure the integrity and completeness of the bid documents when purchasing his copy.
4- The Import Stamps Fee Law No. (20) of 2001 shall be applied to this bid.
5- The firms submitting the bid are required to attach Tender security of (3000 JD) three thousand Jordanian dinars in an envelope separate from the financial offer, and if a check is presented instead of the entry guarantee, it must be a certified check issued by a bank approved by the Central Bank of Jordan and in the name The bidder (as it is in the commercial registry) who is applying for the bid with the name and number of the bid affixed on it.
6- ADC has the right to cancel the bid or re-offer it again without giving reasons and without this cancellation or re-offering resulting in any financial or legal obligations.
7- ADC has the right to refer the bid without being bound by the lowest value offers.
8- The offers must submit, in two separate envelopes, his technical offer and his financial offer, including the original copy of the bid documents, sealed and signed. The offers that contain any conditions or reservations that violate the terms of the bid invitation will not be considered.
