Utilizing Aqaba’s Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal – LNG (The Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Terminal), ADC is looking into several options to supply industries and facilities and residential areas in Aqaba with gas via a state-of-the-art network system that ensures the safe and timely delivery of LNG.

This will allow Aqaba’s residents, businesses and industries access to cost-effective source of energy boosting Aqaba’s investment competitiveness. 

Aqaba LNG terminal is connected to The Arab Gas Pipeline and consists of several units’ depressurization and transfer of natural gas to Aqaba-gas line.

The project is envisioned to be implemented in two stages:

• Stage One: Mother & Daughter / CNG (Temporary System).
• Stage Two: Pipeline & Network / NG (Permanent System).
