Al Quwairah International Industrial Estate (QIIE)

Al Quwairah International Industrial Estate (QIIE) extends Aqaba's industrial capacity with serviced, investment-ready land for manufacturing and value-added industries connected to the Red Sea ports and regional markets. Located in the Al-Quwaira area on a 1.8 million m² plot, the project is being developed under a joint development agreement signed between ASEZA, ADC, and PBI Aqaba Industrial Estate Co. It offers manufacturers industrial, logistics, energy, and other supporting infrastructure, along with the incentives and logistics access that make Aqaba a competitive base for production and export.
