TENDER INVITATION
Aqaba Development Corporation invites companies and institutions specialized in the supply of computer equipment to participate in:
Supply and Operation of Computer Equipment and Server Room Equipment
Tender No. (70/L/2026)
The project includes the supply and implementation of technical equipment for the 42 Academy building in Aqaba, including computers, main servers and networks, and main server rooms, in accordance with the specifications and conditions required and specified in the procurement documents.
Those wishing to participate in the tender should visit the Tenders Department at Aqaba Development Corporation's offices in Aqaba between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, starting Tuesday, 8/9/2026 until Monday, 14/9/2026, bringing the following documents:
- A recent copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade – Companies Control Department.
- A valid professional/trade license or health certificate, or a valid institution registration certificate issued by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority.
- A written authorization bearing the official company/institution stamp and the signature of the authorized signatory, permitting delivery of the tender documents to the bearer.
- The price of a copy of the tender documents is (125) one hundred twenty-five Jordanian Dinars, non-refundable, to be deposited into Aqaba Development Corporation's account No. (0122-045700-500) at Arab Bank – Aqaba Branch, with the deposit receipt required to be presented.

- The bidding company must be specialized in the field of supplying computers and servers, and this must be clearly stated in the Commercial Registration Certificate and the professional license or registration certificate issued by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority.
- The company's capital must not be less than (5,000) five thousand Jordanian Dinars.
- The bidder participating in the tender must verify the completeness and integrity of the documents upon purchasing their copy.
- The final deadline for accepting inquiries or clarifications regarding the procurement documents is Wednesday, 16/9/2026, via the fax number or email address indicated in the company's address below. No inquiries will be accepted after this deadline.
- Bids must be deposited in the tender box at Aqaba Development Corporation before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 30/9/2026.
- Participating companies and institutions are required to attach a bid bond in the amount of (5,000) five thousand Jordanian Dinars only, in a separate envelope from the technical and financial offer submitted, valid for (90) days from the deposit date. If a check is submitted instead of a bid bond, it must be a certified check issued by a bank approved by the Central Bank of Jordan, made out in the name of the bidder (as stated in the Commercial Registration Certificate), and bearing the tender's name and number.
- This tender is subject to the provisions of the Import Stamp Duty Law of 2001.
- The employer reserves the right to cancel the tender or re-issue it without giving reasons, and without any financial or legal obligations arising from such cancellation or re-issuance. The employer reserves the right to award the tender without being bound to accept the lowest bid.
- The bidder must submit their technical and financial offers in two separate sealed envelopes, including the original copy of the tender documents stamped and signed by the bidder. Offers containing any conditions or reservations contrary to the terms of the tender invitation will not be considered.
